We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
•Present a professional company customer facing image and increase customer service levels, increasing revenue and margins through building effective customer and colleague relationships
•Manage and control the despatch of engineers to Breakdown/TOA jobs as required keeping the customer informed at all stages, providing proactive communication to customers regarding TOA’s, breakdowns and planned services
•Proactively control service planning, maintaining accurate planning master data
•Arrange and plan work arising from Thorough Examinations and Service
•Deal with any invoice queries in a timely manner. In conjunction with eh regional Service Manager
•Arrange third party jobs as required through approved suppliers
•Ensure time sheet data is accurate and up to date
•Closely monitor all WIP within the service environment, correcting any tasks and errors that prevent the timely completion of jobs

Tasks and Qualifications:
We’re interested in candidates with experience in:
9. Customer Service background
10. MS Office experience (Excel/Word)
11. Strong Time Management
12. Strong Attention to Detail
13. Ability to work under pressure
14. Ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally, via Phone, email or face to face
15. Engineer planning background (preferred)
16. SAP knowledge (preferred)
