Our Stenhouse Supported Living supports adults with learning disabilities and additional needs to live their lives their way. Were a relaxed, supportive, people-focused service where every day is different from helping someone achieve a new personal goal to celebrating milestones together.
Your working hours
This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Youll also take part in our on-call system to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Typical shifts may include:
Day shifts: 7am3pm or 2pm10.30pm (including weekends)
On-call duties as part of the rota

What youll do
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed
What helps you shine here
Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is preferred)
Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota
