The Reward Consulting practice at KPMG is a dedicated team providing reward solutions to UK and non-UK headquartered non-FS clients. It is part of the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has expanded rapidly. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing business with strong leadership support, building on its success.
We seek talented and driven Reward specialists eager to work in a growing environment and be integral to this journey. The successful candidate will engage in business development activities, including client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. We offer unparalleled opportunities for learning and growth.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver client projects related to Reward workflows, including:
* Developing engaging reward strategies and structures for clients
* Creating grading structures and job architecture based on job evaluation
* Helping clients meet EU Pay Transparency regulations
* Designing and reviewing incentive plans to ensure relevance
* Advising on performance metrics, including ESG measures
* Assessing the impact of corporate transactions on compensation plans
* Designing workforce plans, employee share purchase, recognition, wellbeing, and benefits schemes
* Conducting pay and benefits benchmarking
* Building and maintaining client relationships, discussing people issues, and identifying opportunities
* Collaborating with teams to deliver integrated advice
* Delegating and reviewing work of junior team members
* Training and developing team members
* Developing innovative solutions and market opportunities
* Supporting technical knowledge management
* Managing commercial and contractual aspects of engagements
* Leading negotiations
* Presenting reports and findings to senior executives
* Building strategic client relationships
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
