Teach Now is working with a popular and well-respected school seeking a reliable and enthusiastic cover supervisor to step in and deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 when teachers are absent. This is a full-time, temporary position starting September 2025, ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-set lessons to classes across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Maintain a productive and focused classroom environment
• Support students with their learning and manage classroom behaviour
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
• Step in across different subjects, making each day varied and rewarding
Ideal Candidate
• Confident, professional, and comfortable managing a classroom independently
• Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed
• Degree holders and aspiring teachers are highly encouraged to apply
