This luxury country house hotel is set within 66 acres of landscaped parkland in North Hampshire and is known for its 2 AA Rosette restaurant delivering refined British cuisine with a seasonal focus. The kitchen operates at a consistently high standard, balancing classic technique with modern execution, and serves both hotel guests and destination diners.
Well connected via the M3 and M4, the property combines countryside living with strong accessibility and offers an excellent working environment for ambitious chefs.
The Role
This is a Senior Chef de Partie position, ideal for a strong CDP ready to take on greater responsibility, mentor junior chefs, and operate just below Junior Sous level.
You will run your section with confidence, support service across the kitchen, and work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency, standards, and pace during service.
Key Responsibilities
* Running your section to a high, consistent standard during service
* Leading and supporting Commis and junior CDPs on shift
* Delivering smooth, organised mise en place for service and functions
* Supporting senior chefs with prep planning and daily kitchen organisation
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times
* Assisting with service across outlets when required
* Working collaboratively to ensure efficient, calm service delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or rosette-level kitchen
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
* Confident running a section independently
* Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
* Passionate about British produce and seasonal cooking
* Ready to step into a more senior, responsible CDP role
