With 36 years in the market, our client offers professional services across Residential Sales, Lettings, and Property Management and continues to grow through reputation and results rather than gimmicks. You’ll be joining a team of experienced, successful property professionals who genuinely know their patch.
They are now looking for a Branch Sales Manager to take a hands-on role in driving sales performance and supporting a busy, motivated sales team.
The Role
* Managing and improving sales performance within the branch
* Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team
* Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Carrying out valuations, viewings, and negotiations
* Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service
* Working closely with other branches to maximise opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager within residential estate agency
* Strong knowledge of the South West London property market
* Confident and professional communicator with solid negotiation skills
* Target-driven, organised, and proactive
* Full UK driving licence

* A strong track record in property sales with consistent results
* Good understanding of the sales and conveyancing process
* Positive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for property and people
