Our Rochester office has an interesting opportunity for a Client Liaison Support role on a full time basis. Key responsibilities of the Client Liaison Support role will include:
Manage daily client accounts inboxes, responding to queries and actioning documents received on behalf of the clients
Handle both inward and outward telephone liaison with key client stakeholders including but not limited to customers, suppliers and employees
Be responsible for the collation and completion of all client deliverables around deadlines (relevant client specific training will be provided)
Complete review of other colleagues’ work, and be comfortable to provide feedback (relevant client specific training will be provided)
Take ownership of your client portfolio and be a trusted representative of TC Kent to the client
Customer service experience desirable
Fast learner with keen ability to take notes and take ownership of tasks
Professional telephone and email manner
Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
