The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) background to lead the safe, compliant, and commercially successful delivery of projects across our London portfolio.
You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, develop a long‑term pipeline of opportunities, and support the development of talent within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, compliance and commercial performance.
* Build and convert a pipeline of project opportunities across the Business Unit.
* Develop capex plans using LCR and FMR data to support long‑term investment.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities and ensuring feasibility of solutions.
* Define scopes of work, manage tenders, and oversee subcontractor performance.
* Operate as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations.
* Manage statutory, commercial and QHSE risks in line with CBRE processes.
* Produce monthly project and financial reports and ensure accurate documentation.
* Hold full P&L responsibility for your project portfolio.
* Lead, mentor and support team members; contribute to divisional strategy with the Head of Projects.
About You
Technical & Educational Background
* Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction engineering (essential).
* Project management qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2 or SMSTS (advantageous).
Experience
* Strong track record delivering projects safely and successfully in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
* Experience generating new project opportunities and managing bids/tenders.
* Proven P&L management.
* Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
