Recruiter This is a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract position in the first instance - likely to extend; a varied and challenging role within the busy recruitment team. The scope of the role includes sourcing key roles for the PayPoint Group and specifically Handepay. This is a hybrid role with lots of homeworking but the ability to get to either our Welwyn Garden City or Haydock office an advantage. Recruiter Responsibilities As the recruiter some of your responsibilities will be to: Using online tools to source field sales and telesales roles mainly Screening of applications Telephone interviews of suitable candidates Scheduling interviews with hiring managers Interviewing with hiring managers for some of the roles Communicate and work alongside the HRBPs to provide support, information, and advice. Recruiter Experience We are looking to recruit a professional, confident, and reliable individual with experience of recruitment and HR practices, as well as field sales, financial services & telesales experience being advantageous. Relevant experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential to build professional and effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the business, as well as the ability to inspire the trust of colleagues when dealing with difficult and confidential matters, and to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and with a multi-cultural and diverse team. A proactive self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, who can hit the ground running, and confidently challenge and offer improvements where required. You will be able to demonstrate a pragmatic and diplomatic attitude and take responsibility for your own workload and actions. You will be hands-on and versatile with an honest and transparent nature.
