ABOUT THE ROLE

Wild Child Animation is looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to join us on a CG animated children's TV series. This role will be assigned to coordinate a large Animation department.

Our Production Coordinators are responsible for supporting the project's Producer/Production Manager to ensure the smooth running of the production. Here are some key tasks you will be involved with in this role:

* Assigning and monitoring task progress for assigned department(s).
* Scheduling department(s) whilst keeping an eye on dependencies and finding solutions where possible.
* General day to day problem solving.
* Reporting and tracking notes across department(s).
* Being a key contact for all artists to offer support and to help guide the production.
* Direct contact for client deliveries and some communication.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Previous experience within a similar production role. We will also consider Junior PMs for the position
* Experience in handling large animation teams
* A proven track record of delivering long form CG series animation projects
* High level of organisation and pro-activeness
* Strong scheduling skills with the ability to adapt to changing schedules
* Attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines
* An effective communicator with the ability to nurture a collaborative environment
* A team player who also asks for help when needed.
* Candidates must be based in the UK, ideally located regionally outside the M25. Although Scotland-based would be preferred.

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a Fixed-Term PAYE contract, expected to start in December 2025/ January 2026 running until mid August 2026.

LOCATION: Remote, hybrid or in-person at our studio in Stirling. Must be based in the UK to be considered.

HOURS: Our standard studio hours are 7 working hours a day (usually 10am to 6pm), Monday to Friday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours on an individual basis where this is possible in the production pipeline.

STUDIO CLOSURES: The studio has team-wide breaks throughout the year. These are usually 1-2 days in Spring, up to 10 days in Summer and 8-10 days over the Winter festive period. Exact dates will be confirmed with the successful candidate.
