Role: Senior IT Service Manager

Location: Hybrid (Southampton, 3 days/week)

Security Clearance: SC Required
We require an SC-cleared IT Manager to oversee and manage an independent network, ensuring security and compliance. Responsibilities include:
* Administering local network (servers, switches, storage, UPS, etc.)
* Leading cybersecurity efforts (firewall, antivirus, encryption, pen testing)
* First-line IT support for the team
* Administering Case Management System (COMPASS)
* IT procurement and contract management
Essential experience: Intune, firewall management, Rubus, and cybersecurity knowledge.
