You will be working for a known organisation based in Birmingham. The requirement will be to be on-site 1-2 days a week. The role is until April 2026 with a possible extension. Local Government or Central Government experience is essential for this role, along with excellent stakeholder management and change experience. This role inside scope of IR35.
Your new role
The Change Consultant is a specialist role responsible for managing the people side of change to drive successful adoption and deliver business outcomes. It goes beyond communication, requiring strategic stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and adoption planning to ensure smooth transitions and maximise impact.
The role involves developing a deep understanding of directorates, including their size, complexity, challenges, strengths, weaknesses, and engagement channels, using this knowledge to tailor change strategies to their specific needs. It requires assessing the impact of changes on each directorate and identifying the support required, such as communications, training, or other resources, to ensure readiness and minimise disruption.
