Warehouse Team Leader
The Role
Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career? As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of operations while developing your leadership skills. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help guide a small team and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the supervision and coordination of a small team of warehouse operatives
* Assist in organising daily tasks and workflow to maximise efficiency
* Lead by example with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
* Help the team achieve daily targets while maintaining accuracy
* Use and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for stock control and task allocation
* Assist with stock accuracy, goods in/out processes, and inventory tracking via WMS
* Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment
* Provide basic training and ongoing support to team members, including WMS usage
What We’re Looking For
* Previous warehouse experience (essential)
* Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (preferred)
* A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
* Interest in progressing into leadership or supervisory roles
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Hands-on, proactive approach
* Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
