We are seeking an Information Governance Administration Assistant to join our central services team. Reporting to the Information Governance Lead, you will support the trust’s schools to ensure compliance with Data Protection, GDPR and other information governance requirements. You will also support the trust meeting regulatory requirements in these areas. You will have a busy and varied workload and be responsible for a variety of key tasks supporting schools and the trust in the areas of Data Protection, GDPR and other information governance requirements including : maintaining accurate and up to date records and ensuring compliance with statutory timescales creating, preparing and circulating templates and resources for reporting and recording maintaining training records and arranging training for staff across the trust completing and maintaining records of data processors, data systems and monitor and review access rights, controls and security you may also be asked to support and undertake other administrative work on behalf of the trust’s central services team as necessary. Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover any urgent issues that may arise.
