Organisational Design Consultant needed in Stafford Paying £650 per day ref 375966
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives across departments
- Analyse current structures, roles, and reporting lines to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop future-state organisation models aligned with strategic priorities
- Conduct job evaluation, role profiling, and capability assessments
- Support change management and transition planning, ensuring successful implementation of new structures
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice and influence decision‑making
- Facilitate workshops, consultation processes, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, employment legislation, and public sector governance
- Produce high‑quality documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership teams
