THE EMPLOYER IS:This is an entry-level role within a growing IT and Multimedia business. The position will provide the participant with hands‑on experience in digital operations, AI‑enabled tools, office administration and business development support, while receiving structured training, supervision and mentoring to develop transferable skills for future employment.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management and day‑to‑day use of AI tools, including content support, workflow automation and basic data handling, under supervision.
* Providing office administration support, including document preparation, file management, scheduling and basic reporting.
* Supporting new lead identification and research, including online research, market analysis and maintaining lead lists.
* Assisting with research and development activities, including exploring new tools, platforms and digital solutions relevant to the business.
* Monitoring and responding to emails and general enquiries, escalating technical or complex queries as required.
* Supporting basic content updates and digital asset organisation.
* Participating in training and skills development activities, including digital skills, communication, time management and workplace best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
* Basic digital literacy and confidence using computers and online tools.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills, particularly in digital and AI tools.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
* Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks.
