Your role
As a Field Service Engineer - NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the profitability of the company’s business by providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
* To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based.
* To carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
* To Carry out install of new equipment and pipework.
* To identify required parts to effect repairs.
* To complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner.
* If required, to plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules.
* Required to take part in the on-call rota.
* To maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition.
* Ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Punctual and professional in appearance.
* Pass on leads to help generate sales and Adhoc.
* Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.

Qualifications
You will have current experience of repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment:
* Compressors
* Dryers
* N2 Systems
* Pumps
* You will possess a good knowledge of the compressor industry, be self-motivated and be able to work individually and as part of a team.
* As you are customer facing you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.

This role will be located in Thirsk, covering Yorkshire and surroundingareas.
