Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:
* Plan and teach engaging lessons, working with small groups and individual students.
* Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write detailed reports.
* Support students in developing confidence and independence, fostering a love of learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding their children's progress.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.
* A minimum of two year's experience in a SEND/SEMH environment or similar unit/provision.

The provision is a co-educational school and provides a supportive and personalised education programme for pupils aged between 7-18.
