Key Responsibilities
* Staff Training & Management: Assist in training and developing front-of-house, bar, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service, food quality, and hospitality.
* Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the team during shifts, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally across all areas.
* Stock & Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock takes for both bar and kitchen, manage inventory to minimize waste, and maintain optimal levels.
* Kitchen Relief: Provide occasional relief for the chef, supporting food preparation and service during busy periods or staff absence.
* Rota Management: Assist in creating staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for bar, kitchen, and events.
* Promotions & Marketing: Work with the management team to develop and execute promotions, themed events, and food & drink offerings to drive customer engagement.
* Customer Experience: Monitor and maintain exceptional levels of customer service, both front-of-house and in food service.
* Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met throughout the venue.
* Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
* Holiday Cover: Take on management duties to cover the absence of senior managers during holidays and periods of leave.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in hospitality management or a similar role (bar and/or kitchen experience desirable).
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for both customer service and food quality.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and match days, and be available at short notice when needed.
* Knowledge of stock management, food safety, and line cleaning is desirable.

Match Days: Tuesday 4pm to 11pm, Saturday: 10am to 7pm
Standard Week: Thursday 5pm to 11pm, Friday 5pm to 1am Saturday 12pm to 6pm or 6pm to 1am, Sunday 9am to 5pm / 9am to 7pm
Monday 10am to 2pm
Work more in season and the summer you are able to reduce hours.
