Role Description
This is a temporary and remote freelance contract.
You will call a provided list of UK businesses to find out whether the owner would consider selling their company (now or in the future). If there’s interest, you’ll qualify the basics and book a follow-up call with our acquisitions lead. You’ll log outcomes and notes accurately in our tracker/CRM.
Hours and pay: 20 hours/week, £1,000/month base, plus a performance bonus of £250 per 5 qualified meetings booked (target: 20 meetings/month).
This role involves cold calling, however, you’re not selling a product, you’re calling business owners to see if they’d consider selling their company. That usually means less resistance than a typical sales outreach role, because many owners are open to at least a short conversation about an exit (even if the timing isn’t right today.)
