We help our customers to learn the skills to live more independently and live healthier, happier lives.
What you’ll do
1. Handle referrals from start to finish, ensuring referrals go to correct service and signposting to other agencies
2. Provide great customer service to referrers, customers, commissioners and colleagues
3. Promote the services so more people can access them
4. Provide administrative support to services and management making sure tasks and reports are done properly and on time

You have
5. Passion for customer service and energy for helping
6. Ability to work on own initiative, building effective relationships with partner agencies
7. Confidence using tech and ability to handle admin with ease
8. Experience in supported housing/admin environment

The practical bits
9. You’ll work 9-5 Monday to Friday, occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet customer need
10. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS with barring list check – we pay for it
11. You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes – we pay for on the job mileage
