The Opportunity
Yellowcat is looking for a part-time Talent Scout & Operations Assistant to help power the day-to-day running of our creative recruitment consultancy. This is a dynamic, people-focused role at the heart of the business; perfect for someone who enjoys discovering talent, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging top creative freelancers, coordinating screenings, managing talent availability, and helping place them on exciting projects with some of the most respected studios, agencies, and production companies in the industry. From scouting the next brilliant editor, VFX artist or animator, to helping manage our talent pools and database, you’ll be involved in every step of the process. It’s a varied position where no two days are the same.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and take pride in being highly organised and detail-oriented, this could be a fantastic opportunity to get deeper into the creative and production industries. Experience within creative industries, recruitment, production, or talent coordination would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
The Package
* £ Open to negotiation (daily or weekly rate)
* Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
* 3-month contract with a strong view to extend
* Location: Remote / Streatham Hill (London)
