What you’ll be doing day to day:
As an Apprentice Security Operations Centre Apprentice you will:
* Respond to alarm activations across multiple platforms
* Monitor CCTV and deliver timely, accurate responses
* Support mobile teams during call-outs
* Liaise with customers, contractors and emergency services
* Keep systems updated and maintain high-quality reporting
* Provide support during adverse weather, emergencies or incidents

Qualifications
What you'll need:
Firstly, you don’t need security experience — we’ll teach you everything!
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is 18 or over
* Has GCSE Maths or English at Grade C/4 (or willing to complete them during the apprenticeship)
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Enjoys helping people
* Can stay focused under pressure
* Pays attention to detail
* Works well in a team
* Is eager to learn and grow
* Demonstrates integrity, vigilance and helpfulness — our core values
