QED Legal is working in partnership with one of the UK’s most progressive and ambitious law firms as they look to appoint a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their growing team in Scotland. This is a strategically important hire and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to play a leading role in the firm’s continued development north of the border.
We are keen to speak with employment lawyers with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, ideally already operating at Senior Associate level. The firm is also open to those on the cusp of promotion, and consideration will be given to candidates aspiring to Legal Director level.
You will:
* Have built your career acting predominantly for respondent clients.
* Possess a strong track record in employment tribunal work, with confidence managing contentious matters alongside broader advisory instructions.
* Be keen to remain actively involved in litigation, rather than focusing solely on non-contentious advisory work.
