About the Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for our platform and other digital products. You will bridge the gap between our product development and sales teams, ensuring our value proposition resonates deeply with our target audience of recruitment agencies and global employers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and feature updates, defining clear commercial objectives and launch schedules.
* Narrative & Positioning: Define and refine how Venn's products are perceived. You'll craft compelling stories and value propositions that connect with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
* Content Creation: Oversee the content strategy for our website, social media, and sales enablement tools. This includes creating blogs, case studies, white papers, and "battle cards" for the sales team.
* Sales Enablement: Act as a product evangelist, training internal teams on the problems we solve and building the tools they need to close deals.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis and market research to ensure our product roadmap and positioning remain ahead of the curve.
* Optimization: Continuously test messaging and distribution strategies, using data to refine our market presence and drive conversions.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or fast-moving tech environment.
* Storytelling: A clear, concise writer who can translate complex technical features into human value.
* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable running experiments and using data to prove what's working and what isn't.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product teams.
* Attitude: A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and prefers "forgiveness over permission".
