As an Electrical Assessor, you will coach students to develop and improve their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, unlocking their potential to maximize their performance and achieve their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct workplace assessments for electrical installation apprentices
* Deliver constructive feedback and support learner progress
* Ensure all assessments meet awarding body and regulatory standards
* Liaise with employers, tutors, and internal quality assurance teams
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews
Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent)
* Industry experience in electrical installation
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Commitment to supporting learners and upholding high standards
* IQA qualification (or willingness to work toward one)
* Experience in delivering End-Point Assessment (EPA)
* Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and funding rules
