About Bio-D We are a growing B-Corp SME specialising in the manufacture of environmentally responsible and ethically sourced cleaning and personal care products. Our mission is to deliver high-performance cleaning solutions that are kind to people and the planet. We partner with retailers and distributors to develop innovative branded and own-brand products that align with strong sustainability values and commercial success. We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support the sales team, based in Hull. From 20 hours up to full time hours, will be considered, please state your preferrance of hours Salary is pro rata and based on a full time salary of 38.5 hours perweek. Purpose of the Role: To support smooth day-to-day operations across customer service, sample management, data handling, and order processing (when required). This role ensures enquiries are handled efficiently, records are accurate, and internal teams receive timely support. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Manage the Info@ inbox: respond to enquiries, capture complaints, and allocate issues to the relevant departments. Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately. Record and allocate Formstack enquiries to the correct area of the business. Administrative & Data Tasks Complete New Line Forms accurately and promptly. Record and track 20-litre product returns. Update internal data and reports, including the Weights & Measures spreadsheet and other operational trackers. Samples & Donations Collate and process sample requests for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and organise samples for charity donations, events, and Discount Daves. Order Processing Support Provide cover for Orders: support order processing and transport coordination when required. Ideal Skills & Attributes Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. Confident communicator via email and phone. Comfortable juggling varied tasks across departments. Proactive, reliable, and happy to step in where needed. Competent with spreadsheets and data entry.
