Just scratching the surface of what we could do for them. That's where you come in. This isn't a traditional sales role. You won't be dialling 100 calls a day or chasing leads. You'll be building genuine relationships, having real conversations, and spotting opportunities that actually help schools do more with less stress. What you'll be doing: Looking after single schools and small academy trusts (the lovely, straightforward relationships) Managing renewals and keeping the admin ticking over Having those "have you thought about" conversations that lead somewhere good Working with our technical team to turn opportunities into quotes Being the person clients actually want to hear from The reality check: For the first 3-6 months, you'll be asking A LOT of questions. We want that. We need someone curious, not someone who assumes and gets it wrong. You'll have proper support from Paul and John (the senior team) while you find your feet. What makes someone right for this: You've done account management, client success, or something similar You can spot opportunities without being pushy You're comfortable chatting to everyone from IT managers to CFOs You'd rather ask a question three times than deliver something wrong You're not super technical, but you're not scared of tech either Why abtec Managed IT?
