We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover for a well-established construction company.
This is a key role providing professional and welcoming reception support, as well as general administrative assistance to help keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Greeting visitors and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and transferring incoming calls
Managing meeting room bookings and schedules
Handling email and telephone enquiries
Supporting general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document handling
Assisting with basic facilities coordination as needed
Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable, friendly, and proactive approach
Available to start immediately
