About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement strategies that enhance learning, behaviour, and personal growth. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred. • Knowledge of special educational needs and effective support strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students. • A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to supporting learners.
