Responsible for developing and executing B2B digital marketing strategies toincrease presence, brand awareness and drive customer engagement; this in anoutstanding opportunity to join an innovative and creative leader in their field. This will be a varied role, with a focus on developing the business' digital presence via website and social media channels. Market research and competitor analysis are also key elements of the role to support the identification of growth opportunities. Responsibilities include: Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and display advertising). Maintain and update the company website (CMS experience required). Collaborate with external agencies for SEO and paid media efforts. Monitor and report on website analytics and performance (Google Analytics, etc.). Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LI, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with project clients and suppliers to highlight case studies, behind-thescenes, and completed projects. Engage with industry partners, and stakeholders to build community and visibility. Write and curate content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and digital ads. Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, project decks, and branded templates. Organise and coordinate content production activities such as webinars, podcast recordings, and video shoots. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice. This is a full time position with options for a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days in the office), based near Skipton. On offer is a salary of circa £30k plus benefits including 33 days leave (rising with service), health cash plan, private medical insurance, and a discretionary annual bonus. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar B2B marketing role and have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media; including SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LI Campaign Manager, and email marketing software. The creative ability to produce professional and engaging marketing collateral is an advantage but not essential.The ability to manage multiple projects at a time would be a great advantage in this role.
