Midweight Motion Designer (2D 3D) Full-time | Office-based in Shoreditch, East London Competitive Salary Starting November 2025 We’re mccglc, a global creative agency based in East London, and we’re on the hunt for a versatile 3D Motion Designer who’s ready to push ideas beyond the expected and bring bold, imaginative stories to life. If you love creating visually stunning motion design, thrive on solving creative challenges, and want to work on projects for some globally recognisable brands, this role is for you. About the role You’ll join our in-house content team, collaborating with creatives, directors and producers to design and deliver high-end 3D motion graphics and animation across campaigns, live events, immersive experiences and broadcast content. This is a hands-on role with plenty of creative freedom, and the chance to grow your skills working on diverse, high-impact projects from concept through to final delivery. What you’ll be doing Collaborating with creatives and producers to deliver polished, high-impact content. Designing and animating 3D motion graphics in Cinema 4D, rendering with Redshift (or similar). Creating 2D motion graphics, compositing and editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro. Contributing ideas, treatments and storyboards from early concept stages. Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, workflows and creative trends. What we’re looking for 3 years’ experience in 3D motion design and video content creation across agency, post-production, or freelance environments. Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong supporting skills in Illustrator and Photoshop for design and animation workflows. Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual storytelling, with an eye for clean, dynamic design. Proficient in Cinema 4D with rendering experience (Redshift or similar) to enhance 2D motion work with 3D elements when needed. Detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple projects with precision and consistency. Collaborative, proactive, and solution-driven in fast-paced production settings.
