Operations and Mobilisation Executive

As Operations and Mobilisation Executive, you are responsible for driving the business forward by working with the Operations and Mobilisation team, and developing your own working relationships with stakeholders.
You will build and maintain strong relationships through effective verbal communication skills, these skills will be used to negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates which will enable us to increase profit margin, secure new business and retain long term customers.
As part of the bid process, you will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams, to deliver a compliant, competitive bid, considering the customer's objectives and business goals to present a compelling offering.
It'll be your responsibility to review and sign all Service Level Agreements and contracts sent through from Mobilisations & Operations Manager.
You will manage your workload to ensure that you are able to complete projects in a timely fashion.
You will work as a team to mobilise all new business and de-mobilising all lost business, consulting with the Sales and Account Management Teams to co-ordinate the implementation or removal of services.

Additional job details:
* Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* Office based role at our Telford or Newark office.
* This position is fixed-term for 12 months.
