HRGO Recruitment are seeking Front of House Staff to join our client's unique family Italian restaurant and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
* Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the flow of guests
* Provide accurate information on menu items and specials, assisting guests with their selections and dietary needs
* Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverages
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and entryway
* Assist with handling cash, processing payments, and managing reservations
Key Skills and Requirements
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
* Proven ability to multitask and handle busy service periods with ease
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or the hospitality industry
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
