Inafix Ltd is a small, friendly, and fast-paced team based in Shaftesbury, and we're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative & Service Support Assistant to join us.
This varied role goes beyond traditional admin, you'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the business while also playing a vital part in our customer relationships, scheduling, and business development. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate job bookings for our engineers.
* Assist with customer invoicing, payments, and service plan renewals.
* Order materials and equipment to support operations.
* Help maintain service schedules and monitor customer contracts.
* Support business growth by engaging with new and existing customers.
* Provide customer aftercare
* Raise and reconcile purchase orders
* Assist with light marketing tasks and social media when needed.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in admin or customer service roles.
* Previous experience in marketing or sales (not essential)
* Confident communicating with customers and suppliers.
* Confident in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Drive
* Great at multitasking and organisational skills.
* Have a proactive mentality
* Familiarity with SIMPRO (advantageous, but training provided).
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
* A full UK driving licence is required.

* Hours: Monday to Friday 8am–4pm
* Holiday: 22 days annual leave + bank holidays (please note a set number of holiday days must be used for Christmas shutdown)
