* Observe and assess children’s development, identifying their next steps.

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) .
* Previous experience in Nursery or Reception is desirable.
* A deep understanding of child development and EYFS pedagogy .
* A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment .
