Our client, a leading global social media company, is hiring an SMB Marketing
Coordinator to support small and medium-sized businesses across EMEA through
content-led marketing and advertiser education.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) and sits within a
fast-paced, collaborative marketing team focused on advertiser adoption, engagement,
and advocacy.
Key responsibilities
* Create and deliver content that supports SMB advertiser acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
* Develop sales and marketing assets such as emails, case studies, sales decks, one-pagers, and playbooks
* Translate complex advertising and product concepts into clear, practical messaging for SMB audiences
* Manage customer advocacy and storytelling projects end-to-end
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and external partners
* Use performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness
Ideal background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
* Content marketing, product marketing, or B2B/SMB marketing
* Digital advertising platforms, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
* Creating sales enablement and educational content
* Fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a strong ownership mindset
Strong written communication and storytelling skills in English are essential.
