Job responsibilities
As a Theatre support worker, you will play a vital role in the patient journey. Your responsibilities will include:
* Patient safety:Ensuring the safe and dignified passage of patients through the theatre environment.
* Patient Advocacy:Listening to patient concerns and escalating them to the appropriate clinical staff.
* Clinical Excellence: participating in clinical audits and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications
* Can demonstrate the key competencies of the Behavioural framework
* Availability to work full range of duties including evenings, weekends, Nights and on-call
* Able to work and communicate effectively within a large multidisciplinary team
* Good Basic Education
* Holds a CARE certificate, previous acute healthcare experience
