What is the role of a Sales & Events Manager:

* Effectively execute pre-booked strategy.
* Deliver pre-booked revenue and covers targets.
* Drive additional business via outbound activity.
* Manage Collins, Atreemo & Tonic systems.
* Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance report as required.
* Execute social media platforms and online presence plan (including website & listings).
* Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business.
* Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication.
* Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year.
* Recruit, train and develop sales & events coordinator (where applicable).
* Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone.
* Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings

* Understanding of the operational running of the business/events.
* Great communication and people skills.
