The ideal candidate will have experience within the property industry and:
* A proven track record of results in a similar sales or lettings environment
* The ability to communication effectively with people at all levels
* High attention to detail, organisation skills and excellent time management
* Self-confidence and the ability to work on initiative and to enjoy being an inspirational part of a team.
* Managing the lettings office
* Assisting the business manager in developing the business
* Supporting the business manager in carrying out office and company policy
* Chairing office and sales meetings in the absence of the manager
* Achieving personal and branch targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ethical conduct in all business dealings by showing properties positively to achieve lets.
* Valuing properties to let and other administrative duties as required.
* Full driving license.
The ideal candidate for our position will have;
* An up to date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities
* Relevant industry qualifications or looking towards accreditation
