An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Static Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at the ferry terminal site in Gourock, PA19 area.
This position is working as a security officer onboard the ferry vessel between Gourock and Dunoon Keeping public and staff onboard safe by regular patrolling and monitoring of all onboard.

Hours: On average 23 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Friday/Saturday 18:00pm - 01:45am & Sunday's 16:00pm - 23:15
Pay: £14.10 per hour.

Responsibilities
* Provide security presence to prevent vandalism of ferry terminal building.
* Provide security presence to act as a deterrent and to respond to any anti-social behaviour onboard ferry between Gourock and Dunoon.
* Pre-empt and prevent any disorder onboard vessels whilst ferries are in crossing.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site.
* Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site.
* Complete various security documentation.
* Liaise with manager effectively and efficiently.
* Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom.
* Supervise and control site access.
* Conduct regular site patrols.
* Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder.
Person Specification
* A valid SIA licence; or applied for.
* A full five year checkable employment history.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* An ability to work as part of a team.
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
