Digital Producer
Full Time, Maternity Cover Contract up to 12 months
Based in Norwich with occasional travel
We have a great opportunity for an experienced technically competent and creative Digital Producer to join our outstanding brand experience agency delivering exceptional events and experiences to an exciting portfolio of clients.
The role
As we continue to deliver exceptional communication solutions for our clients, we are looking for a proactive Digital Producer to join the Digital team to cover a period of maternity leave. It is a demanding and varied role which will provide day to day support to the Head of Digital, Creative Technology Lead, fellow Digital Producers, and our clients. The Digital team create, manage and deliver digital projects that include virtual and hybrid events, digital aspects of live events, microsites, websites and various digital engagement solutions.
This role will suit individuals who are looking to combine their excellent client facing project management skills and their digital technical ‘know how’ and experience.
Main duties
* Design, build and manage a wide range of digital solutions for live, hybrid and virtual events, including event platforms, apps, websites, audience engagement tools, creative technologies, gamification, surveys and our digital services
* Support client project briefings, internal meetings and in person face-to-face event planning sessions by providing digital expertise, capturing requirements and enabling rapid problem solving and decision making
* To develop an in-depth knowledge of our digital solutions to enable you to advise clients on what is achievable and guide their requirements to align with the platform’s functionality wherever possible
* To support the scoping of budgets and timelines for digital requirements in line with our rate card, working closely with the Digital team and third-party suppliers where required
* Collaboration with our Clients, Agencies and the wider internal Pb teams (Production, Creative Studios, Technical and Project management teams) to refine digital solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with wider event delivery
* Work closely with in-house AV technicians, exhibition builders, and streaming and broadcast teams throughout the planning, rehearsals and delivery phases of events
* Provide hands‑on support with the setup, testing and integration of digital services, participating in rehearsals, and delivery phases of events
* Support the setup, maintenance and archiving of any in-house and hired in technical equipment used for events such as iPads, laptops and touchscreen devices
* Provide onsite and in person digital support for our live events whether this be at avenue location or at our Norwich in-house streaming studios.
The person
* Experience of working in a client facing role supporting technical and or production- based projects with a creative focus in-person and virtually
* Excellent digital ‘know how’ and experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
* Exceptional client relationship management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including; Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc
* Intermediate level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
* Good budget management skills and administrative ability
* Creative and innovative with a keen eye on the latest trends
* Good project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects at the same time
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The desire to learn, grow and adapt in a fast moving industry
* A flexible approach to work as some weekend working may be required
* A genuine interest in all things digital and engagement is desirable
* Sound understanding of GDPR and IT security protocols
As part of your application
Please provide two examples of recent digital projects that you have been instrumental in building/developing, with a brief overview of the project and how it was implemented. This will form part of the interview process, where successful candidates will likely be required to discuss the examples in more detail.
This is not a fully remote role and is based from our Norwich offices or our in‑house streaming studios however you will also need to be able to travel to different venues to support delivery of our client projects.
