Duties and responsbilities of the Stewarding Team Leader include
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and preventing hazards
Assisting with equipment stock takes, ordering, stores requisitioning
Assisting in all administrative duties including rotas, health inspection records and control of stores operation
Accountable for ensuring that store rooms are kept in an orderly fashion while initiating repairs and maintenance orders
Ensuring cleanliness of work areas and maintenance of various cleaning equipment is to established standards
About You You are an organised and proactive team player with experience in stewarding or kitchen operations. You maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support daily back-of-house tasks, and take a hands-on approach to leading others.
