Practice Coordinator Responsibilities
1. Lead the practice team to assist in providing dental care services to patients.
2. Support the implementation and delivery of the Practice Business Plan in collaboration with the manager.
3. Work with the Clinical Team and internal departments to ensure compliance with General Dental Council and CQC guidelines, ensuring high-quality patient care.
4. Perform reception duties as required.
Practice Coordinator Skills and Experience
1. Personable, positive, enthusiastic, with a strong customer focus.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
5. Dental nursing experience is desirable.
