3. Provide financial business partnering to production teams, ensuring accurate cost analysis and budgeting.
4. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
6. Support operational decision-making by delivering actionable financial insights.
7. Monitor and manage financial risks within the production environment.
8. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for the production department.
9. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of production costs and variances.
10. Implement and maintain best practices in financial management and controls.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (or Qualification by Experience)
12. Post-qualification experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or retail environment.
13. Strong understanding of production processes and cost management.
14. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
