We are currently seeking a passionate Event Services and Bar Manager to join our Banqueting and Operations team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team. As an Event Services and Bar Manager, your main duties will include:
* Overseeing all beverage operations within event and banqueting spaces, ensuring luxury service standards.
* Managing and supervising event bar setups, stock levels, equipment, and cleanliness according to hotel SOPs.
* Maintaining beverage inventory for the department.
* Ensuring all team members deliver high service levels in line with The Landmark London’s LQA standards.
* Liaising with clients and event planners to customize bar offerings, signature cocktails, and wine selections based on event style and budget.
* Managing beverage costs, forecasting, and budgeting for event bars.
* Conducting stocktakes and ensuring inventory is replenished as needed.
You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
