Payroll Administrator (Temporary - 6 weeks)Location: Lincoln (LN6 – office-based)Salary: £
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to provide temporary cover due to sickness absence. This is an urgent requirement, and candidates must be immediately available or available within one week.
Key responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll responsibility for approximately 200 employees
* Managing UK payroll (circa 150 employees) and international payroll
* Processing payroll using Pento and Oracle
* Handling payroll amendments, changes, and corrections
* Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance at all times
About you:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist
* Confident working as the sole payroll contact
* Strong UK payroll experience essential; international payroll experience desirable
* Comfortable working in a role that is not fully straightforward
* Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal handover
* Immediately available or available within one week
Additional information:
* Office-based role (some flexibility to hybrid may be considered)
