About the Role
In this role, you will focus on collaborative, safe, effective and evidenced-based practice. Working closely with primary and community services as well as with social care partners, you play a critical role in ensuring a person-centred experience.
As an OOH Nurse, you will be required to:
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual, patient-centred interventions drawing on a wide range of specialist knowledge gained from practical experience and specific training.
* Be competent in a broad range of clinical skills including catheterisation, pain management, wound care, end of life care and IV medication after specific training and more.
* Actively use and promote shared decision-making, empowering people to improve self-management of their long-term condition while working collaboratively with our teams and outside partners.
* Support colleagues including; peers, students and unregistered workforce in nursing competencies, helping us shape our existing service and contribute to the future design and delivery
Working Pattern: Our team work across the whole of the Eastern locality, between the hours of 4pm-8am, we provide an evening service of 4-Midnight and night service 22:30-08:00.
This role does include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Responsibilities and Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
