Graduate / Junior IT Support Analyst
About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a hands‑on IT Support Analyst. You’ll get real exposure from day one in supporting users across the business while also getting involved in system upgrades, rollouts, and projects that help shape the IT environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting users with 1st and 2nd line IT issues
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and core systems
* Providing both on‑site and remote support
* Getting involved in system upgrades, deployments, and improvements
* Working with external suppliers when needed
* Helping keep systems secure, stable, and running smoothly
What we’re looking for
* Some experience in IT support (placement, internship, or junior role)
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory
* Exposure to Windows Server or Azure is a bonus
* Interest in learning and developing your technical skills
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to manage tasks and stay organised
