Duties
* Process orders via email.
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
* Support with purchasing
* Process and send out invoices
* Updating customer databases and maintaining records
* Manage and oversee sales orders from initiation to completion
Skills
* Proven experience as an administrator
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
